Poudre Valley Hospital
UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital is a 300-bed regional hospital with a level II trauma center, which also offers a wide array of treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic tests.
We specialize in orthopedic surgery, neuroscience, cancer, bariatric weight-loss surgery, and women and family services for residents of northern Colorado, southern Wyoming and western Nebraska.
We also offer a wide range of primary and specialized health services, from birthing and neonatal intensive care in the level III NICU, to hyperbaric oxygen and wound care.
Experience
While earning my Associate's degree, I was able to work a Respiratory Tech, assisting in respiratory care such as spirometry, equipment maintenance, and assisting RTs with their duties. While employed at the Medical Center of the Rockies, I would float to Poudre Valley in order to gain more experience in the level III nursery.
